For over 20 years New Holland telehandlers have continued to deliver an unrivalled mix of performance, dependability and affordability. The new TH series machines benefit from a striking new yellow and grey livery, reflecting their importance to the hay and forage sector and association with those product lines. A wider six model range, consisting of TH6.32, TH6.36, TH7.32, TH7.37, TH7.42 and TH9.35 models from six to nine meters, is packaged within fourteen model versions, divided into S, Classic, Plus and Elite variants, to cater for the different performance needs of our customers.
SUPERIOR VISIBILITY AND COMFORT - The new TH range features an advanced cab design that offers improved comfort, noise suppression and visibility for maximum productivity at any time.
ENHANCED QUALITY - The TH telehandlers feature a twin U shaped robot welded boom, that is extremely rigid and durable.
EASE OF OWNERSHIP - Downtime is the enemy of productivity, that is why all TH telehandlers are engineered to minimise the need for routine maintenance for optimised dependability.
FIVE TH MODELS, COUNTLESS APPLICATIONS
At New Holland, we prioritize understanding our customers' diverse telehandler needs. Whether you require a telehandler with the reach to handle large bales or a more maneuverable machine for daily livestock tasks, our TH series offers a solution tailored to your requirements. Each model number provides an indication of its maximum lift height and capacity. For example, the TH6.36 can lift up to 6.10 meters with a 3,600 kg capacity, while the TH9.35 reaches up to 9.10 meters and supports 3,500 kg.
All TH models comply with Stage V emissions standards, delivering enhanced performance and fuel efficiency alongside improved comfort and lower operating costs. The latest cab design sets a new standard for noise reduction and comfort. Additionally, the series offers various rear trailer hitch types and hydraulic brake couplings, depending on the market. With best-in-class 1,000-hour service intervals, the TH series ensures that your telehandler remains productive and reliable over the long term.
SEE MORE FOR BETTER PRODUCTIVITY
New Holland has leveraged its extensive experience in tractor cab design to create the 360° Vision Cab, which sets a new benchmark in space and comfort. This advanced cab offers exceptional all-round visibility, allowing operators to maintain a clear view of the front of the carriage and forks even when they are fully lowered. This enhanced visibility not only improves productivity during loader operations but also facilitates quicker and easier attachment changes.
CLEAN PERFORMANCE. RESPONSIVE PRODUCTIVITY.
TH telehandlers are powered by Stage V compliant, 4.5-liter, four-cylinder NEF engines, produced in-house by FPT Industrial. These engines, which are also used in New Holland T6 tractors, feature ECOBlue™ HI-eSCR 2 technology for clean operation, boast industry-leading 1000-hour service intervals, and are known for their reliability and efficiency. The non-Elite models are rated at 121hp, while the TH Elite models offer 131hp. At reduced engine speeds of 1,800rpm, power outputs increase to 133hp and 145hp, respectively.
To optimize power transmission, the engine flywheel connects directly to the transmission through a robust 280mm torque converter, with a transfer box distributing power to both the front and rear axles. TH Elite models reach a maximum transport speed of 40km/h. Both Elite and non-Elite models are equipped with a transport mode that, when manually engaged, locks the boom functions and disables 4WS (four-wheel steer) and crab steer modes, allowing only front axle steering for enhanced stability during transport.
POWERFUL HYDRAULICS DELIVER FAST WORK CYCLES
Efficient hydraulics are essential for maximizing telehandler productivity. It’s not just about having a high-capacity pump; effective hydraulic performance depends on optimized oil usage, appropriately sized rams, and well-designed control valves. The new TH models incorporate New Holland’s 20 years of expertise in telehandler development, with a focus on improving hydraulic circuit design. This attention to detail enhances cycle times and ensures consistent performance, even in challenging conditions such as extreme heat.
These models offer up to two optional front auxiliary hydraulic outlets, complete with valves and diverters, for controlling front-mounted attachments. Additionally, rear auxiliary hydraulic lines are available, further expanding the machine’s versatility and capability in various tasks.
STRENGTH BY DESIGN
New Holland uses cutting-edge manufacturing techniques for its TH models, having invested millions into their production line. A key process in this is robot welding, which guarantees consistent quality throughout the construction of both the chassis and the boom. This advanced approach ensures durability and precision in every telehandler produced.
Hydraulic end-stroke dampers ensure smooth boom retraction and extension
Dampers also protect the boom and operator from regular shock loads
Engineered 40/60 weight distribution eliminates the need for bolt-on counterweights
Excellent stability and traction is achieved when loaded
Chassis strength is boosted as a result of the in-built mass
New Holland has significantly reduced maintenance demands for its new TH telehandlers, offering industry-leading service intervals of 1000 hours for both the engine and transmission oil. This extended service period helps keep the telehandlers running efficiently while minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
Adjusting the telescopic boom pads has been simplified, a simple nut screw and lock nut system making adjustment quick and easy
140 litre fuel tank features a wide filler neck and is easy to access
27 litre capacity AdBlue tank is conveniently located next to the diesel tank for simultaneous refilling
All models feature 12 daily grease points
Grouped grease nipples are optional to grease the axles, lift and compensation cylinders
The engine air filter is easy to check, clean or replace, without the need for tools
