DRAWBAR & PICK-UP

2.3m five bar pick-up

Fitted with a rugged, double cam track, the new and wider pick-up is developed from the well proven design used on New Holland BigBalers and Roll-Belt balers, featuring the best of both, it is purpose built to handle heavy windrows
Now fitted with 160 high strength 5.5mm pick-up tines, reducing the amount of crop gathered per tine, the new five-bar design can be worked at higher forward speeds ensuring it always leaves a clean sweep

FLEXIBLE CROP PROCESSING SOLUTIONS

From the pick-up, the passage of material into the bale chamber is crucial for both performance and achieving a consistent, firm bale. The Roll-Belt 125 and Roll-Belt 125 Combi balers leverage the proven New Holland feed rotor system, which enhances the management of the 20-knife CropCutter™ system. This setup allows operators to select the degree of slicing and easily swap between different blade banks, reducing downtime and boosting productivity.

BIG ROLLERS FOR A SURE START AND MINIMAL LOSS

Fixed chamber Roll-Belt 125 models are engineered for durability and high performance. The rigid bale chamber is equipped with 18 cold-formed rolls, each 200mm in diameter, featuring a surface profile that enhances crop contact right from the start. This design, paired with tight roller-to-roller clearance, minimizes crop losses and ensures dense, consistently shaped bales even in challenging conditions. Productivity is further boosted by the new crop deflector, which prevents material accumulation and is combined with the front filling plate on the Combi version. Additionally, the durability of the bale chamber rollers is improved with optimized bushing alignment, and the tailgate lock system along with the drop floor pivot arms now utilize new greasable bushings for enhanced reliability.

New Holland has actively engaged with customers to understand their baling operations and the diverse uses of their bales. This feedback has led to the Roll-Baler 125 and Roll-Baler 125 Combi incorporating various net and film wrap systems tailored to different needs.

ENGINEERED TO TAKE THE WORRY OUT OF WRAPPING

New Holland has continually refined the in-line wrapping process, first introduced with the 548 Combi in 2003. The Roll-Baler 125 Combi's integral wrapper, equipped with twin satellite arms, ensures bales are wrapped securely and efficiently, regardless of terrain or working conditions. This advanced system allows for multiple wraps as needed, adapting to various end-user requirements and ensuring reliable performance in both cool and hot conditions.

COMPACT DESIGN FOR STABILITY

Roll-Baler 125 models are designed to handle challenging terrains effectively. Despite the bale chamber filling and the wrapper operating on Combi models, the centre of gravity remains low, ensuring stability and balance. The new Roll-Baler 125 models also offer a wider selection of tyre options to enhance performance and adaptability in various conditions.
